On May 12, 2007, at approximately 1:44 a.m., Jose Serrano stumbled into his apartment and collapsed on the floor. Realizing he was injured, Serrano’s roommates called 911. Serrano was transported to the hospital where he died from his injuries. Investigation revealed Serrano was the victim of a Homicide.
